A special order late Pre-A Porsche with every option including a steel slide back ‘V’ shaped sunroof, being one of the very first released. Originally delivered to Switzerland in June 1955 where it spent the first 18 years of its life before being imported to America, only a few years later it was dismantled for restoration.
Having the original engine and interior stored in a garage separated from the rolling body shell for 44 years, the components, engine and car were purchased in separate transactions within the same year and shipped to Australia to be completely restored at Greg Newton Restorations.
The original colour of Graphite metallic complements the Beige leatherette and corduroy interior. The entire Pre-A Porsche 356 will be authentically restored to it's original condition including the much-needed new sheet metal.
